Alright, so I didn't stand out in the cold at 4am. I woke up at a sensible noonish and went wandering around. I went to three gamestops, the South Coast Plaza mall (dear god the traffic parking x_x), a Target and a Kmart. Went to Target, with mom. She allowed me to get the coat, but not the shirt and tie. Instead, we managed to find a comfortable black skirt and blue-white-black top that went well with said coat.
